"As I had just finished the Citrix iForum in Las Vegas the prior week, I have a good comparison of two different educational seminars.

The Citrix iForum was centered around an exhibit hall with classes on the hour – every hour from 8AM until 6PM…then dinner break with reception to follow. 

After a week, my brain was a non-functional mass of overloaded neurons.  Your format, where we had class for 4 hours a day with adequate breaks, was much more conducive to learning the subject at hand.

I want to compliment you on the choice of instructors; Joseph was a fantastic teacher, and the time allowed for 1-on-1 consultations was invaluable as it allowed us to delve as deep into the subject as we wanted.  I’m sure everyone who availed themselves of that opportunity learned much more than was planned.   I would recommend this class to anyone who really wants to learn; the exotic location is just a fringe benefit."

I just want to personally thank Symantec and TechGetAway for organizing a truly unique and informative seminar. Tackling a subject as complex as Disaster Recovery and being able to address the diverse needs of each student was remarkable. What I also found quite refreshing was that the instructors were always approachable and would meet with students in a one on one environment outside of classroom hours. Once again thanks and count me in on your next seminar
